International Shipping.
We ship most of our product to all over the world. The shipping cost will vary per country.
International orders will take approximately 7-10 business days. All our products will bee carefully wrapt to make the order feel like a present. The packages are send with TNT post.
Customs and duty Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duty/tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment reaches the country. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser.
Guarantee and return
Studio half past ten takes a lot of care in selecting the products, we would like to offer you the best. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Email us at [email protected] to notify us of a return/exchange. All returns/exchanges must be in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Studio half past ten verstuurt de meeste van haar producten naar alle adressen in de wereld. Verzendkosten zijn verschillend per land en werelddeel.
Douane en importheffingen: Voor bestellingen buiten de EU is de klant verantwoordelijk voor eventuele importheffingen. Studio half past ten heeft geen enkele invloed op deze heffingen en kan daarom niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld.
Garantie en Retourneren: Studio half past ten heeft met veel zorg haar collectie samengesteld en staat garant voor de kwaliteit van ieder product. Mocht u na het ontvangen van uw product toch niet helemaal tevreden zijn of er is iets mis met het product dan mag u het ongebruikte product in originele verpakking altijd binnen 7 dagen retourneren. Wij zullen na ontvangst u een nieuw exemplaar sturen of het aankoopbedrag terug storten. De kosten voor retourzending zijn voor de koper.
